When life's challenges present you with the need for change, it's so important to find the right kind of help. For the past 35 years I have been providing individual and relationship therapy to clients who are ready to make changes.
My approach is collaborative. To specifically mold my work to fit each client, I integrate a variety of theories and strategies personally designed for that individual, couple, or family. Each session focuses on both current life struggles and the underlying issues that may be fueling them. I offer insight and dynamic feedback, skills training and practice, and compassionate supportive coaching. In this way, I work collaboratively with clients to help them attain their goals for change.
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to integrate resulting strengths and let go of negative impacts.
